Rainy but pretty

Due to yesterdays decision, we used our rainy day as a lay day without sailing here in Nävekvarn.
We slept in had a slow morning decided to get wash and all cleaning out of the way. Amazing how spanking clean a boat can get when 4 people are dedicated. Dee and I had a cleaning frenzy last Saturday, but we topped that!
As a reward we had lunch at the Hamn Krogen actually the only place in this small town that serves food. They did not have a lot to choose from,  but classics that were really good! Aden tried most of their beer brands and strangely they had Swedish and US beer to choose from, actually 2 brands he is fond of.
While we enjoyed our food two women arrived and one got dressed up all in white clothes, work overall and even head cover. My first association was Bachelorette dress up,  but I was mistaken! She was an restaurant kitchen inspector and very thorough! The owner lady paid extra attention to us while the inspector measured temperature of ice cream box or checks sanitary status of storage boxes. We joked about the outcome beeing bad,  but having finished our food! But honestly nothing gave us any doubt that the restaurant would not pass.
Now strengthened we headed out to find the supermarket coop and hoped we could use their order service for liquor to System Bolaget. There we learned that such an order has to be placed Tuesday and then delivery is Thursday, so absolutely no chance for us to use the service!
Now an afternoon nap was due or Swedish siesta! Then Martin used his kitchen magic to produce an excellent dinner and after that the sun appeared again.
Presently we are enjoying the club TV again watching Uruguay versus England. Strange game!

Mascot update:
By the way I decided to call the cute teddy bear that Dee got me,  Kalle Ost in honor of Kalles Kaviar that I really like. Martin suggested Ost as a last name which has a double meaning in Swedish both cheese and East as one of the four cardinal directions.
