After a stroll through the small but nice town in the sun I enjoy one of Swedens national dishes: Wallenbergare - veal hamburger with cream, coated with breadcrumbs served with mashed potatoes, pees and lingon berries - very heavy but good!
So if you travel or live in Sweden the name Wallenberg is a constant.
