Breakfast

Getting up after the party that had lasted until 3 for Anna and Mia I learned the next morning was hard on those two. Lovisa had retired shortly after me so we were less hung over. We had decided to do yoga on a flat rock that we rowed to and then Mia and Anna were so brave they swam naked back to the boat while Lovisa and I rowed the dinghy back. The deal was we in the dinghy had the task to get their bathing towels ready,  but we were not faster with the boat so we got all stressed getting it tied up. Now even I as well as Lovisa dared to jump into the water and then we all used the shower at the bathing platform. Wonderful feeling to swim naked in 18 degrees and then shower in a beautiful nature setting. Since there was no wind and slightly overcast after breakfast we decided to finally go or motor to Stora Nassa. To get there I checked a very narrow passage between islands out that only had been marked in one of my overview charts. We had a lovely drive between islands with fish jumping out of the water at points we passed.
After getting out on more open wateres we still had to motor only avoiding a few stones in the water. After almost 4 hours motoring and a lengthy but very successful anchor docking maneuver in Stora Nassa at Bäckskäret we were finally fast in a stunning nature reserve archipelago far out east off the Swedish coast. I had wanted to visit one of these places, but weather conditions have to be good for it to be safe. So nice to be successful and do it with my sisters. We explored the island Lovisa even rowed the dinghy around all of Bäckskäret and then went painting while the two party girls napped.
We had a lovely dinner that Mia with her cooking skills prepared topped of with a beautiful sunset.
All day long we had seen rain and thunder clouds passing us either east or west of us, we had picked the right place to be all the time so amazing. Apparently Gotland got very wet that Thursday!
