No Paradise for us

Furusund with ferries passing
Fast again
Weather just passing close
Grill preparations
Evening pick-nick
Moon rise
Our night place
Great morning again

After filling up with water preparing lunch on the go we had on last cappuccino at the harbour Furusund. First maneuver was getting gas which went extremely well until suddenly Anna, Mia and Lovisa just couldn't stop laughing. When we were fast I learned it was because Lovisa had frantically tried to push the big balloon fender in between the pier and boat at different places without having any space for it. That just released the giggles!
We set sails almost immediately after leaving Furusund and went through Kråkhålet. The weather forecast was strong sailable winds that would increase until evening but then decrease over night. I thought we could sail to Stora Nassa a archipelago south east of where we were. But after 2 hours sailing arriving at more open wateres wind was as strong as on the last day sailing with Martin, Antonio and Ulrike. I decided to abort going to Stora Nassa and go to the natural harbour called "Paradiset " instead.
This turned out to be the right thing to do because the wind keep increasing until we had reduced the Genoa twice and I decided to roll it in completely.
After 5 hours of sailing we arrived at Paradise and even if it was a beautiful place we felt it was to crowded for us so we tried a pier just around the corner Söder Långholm that I had been to before with Lorena and Rainer.
At the pier were only 5 boats so our first maneuver was to dock next to the other sailboats. This did not go ideally,  because of the narrow space behind the pier to throw the anchor our anchor ended up being more to the side than from behind. That meant taking the anchor up again and moving to the other side of the pier where we had more space to throw the anchor in correctly. Except wanting to be docked quickly after a long sailing day and having to redo the anchor all went very well. Second time was a charm!
After the welcome drink in the sun with scary dark rain and thunder clouds passing west of us, Lovisa picked a perfect grilling spot for us out.
We ended up having a magnificent dinner with at least 3 courses I would say, first pick-nick on the rocks with moon rise,  then blueberry pie on the boat.
All stuffed we tried to break Eva's chicken record of 64. We got close 62, but she still leads.
Today I have to change most of my planning for the harbours,  since we changed yesterday coming here. Let's see where we end up tonight?
