We had a wonderful breakfast at the café in Fejsan. Then I got the harbour service to use one of their ropes instead of mine to lengthen the mooring. When we left we had space and everything went well. Another sunny day with fair winds awaited us. After zigzaging between some islands and getting to use my book for shortcuts again we were east of Arholma and set sails. To the west Ålands hav opens up with only water as far as the horizon. We will cross this today.
Lorena steered and did her first tack and then we let Alfons steer for a while again. After a few long legs heading north we took the sails down and rounded Arholma north and arrived at the pier operated by Skärgårdstiftelsen. I had called in advance to find out how quickly the pier fills up,  but the lady answering was completely incompetent to give any helpful information. Luckily we got one of the last 5-6 spots and did a perfect docking maneuver.
Just when we were set and had had our welcome drink, Bjarne arrived.
Rainer and Lorena filled up our food supplies and cooked for us. We had dinner on deck with the sunset slowly approaching. Then we set out to explore the lighthouse and end up at Dansbanans Café for the soccer game. Here we got to see the sunset first, absolutely amazing!
