Fifång funny name of island

Men grilling with beer

Fishing without luck

Storm is finally gone and we could have breakfast in the sun again. A good start for the new crew.
We did 18 nautical miles today and were moving about 5 hours. The longest maneuver was anchoring and tying the boat up around a tree. Even if it took it's time and Martin ended up rowing the line to shore nobody landed in the water this time!
When we wanted to leave Nynäshamn around noon the motor would not start. After checking the battery and calling Hans, we need to give the starter battery more power from the other batteries. As soon as we had the starter cables hooked up the motor started!
Now we were on our way through all narrow cool passages that I had done previously with Dee like Dragets Kanal. Then we rounded Torö under sail close to islands and a zigzag route and headed back north west to Fifång. I had to be attentive all the time watching out for rocks and wind as well as instructing a new crew therefore hardly any pictures of the passage today.
When we finally were fast, dinner preparations started for grilling which lead to an excellent dinner hard to be topped in a restaurant. For dessert we had banana grilled in its peel, a tip from Dee, that just was delicious!
As a night cap we tasted Etter Whiskey while Martin and Aden used Dee's fishing gear that they managed to work. Apparently the handle was mounted on the wrong side for left handed use.
Tomorrow we head on to Trosa, where I was last at a camp when I was 14. Curious to see how it has changed?
