Lay day in Nynäshamn

Nynäs Havsbad
Panoramic view Havsbad
Havsbad again, dipped in 14 degree sea

As planned we went to the Spa today www.nynashavsbad.se.
Breakfast we were able to have on our deck in the sun and after that we walked the 15 minutes to Nynäs Havsbad where we got a special including juices, coffee, tea and wraps for lunch. The weather was unstable changing from sun, rain and just overcast with strong gusts playing with the water. We could enjoy this spectacle of change either in the sauna or outside in the heated pool,  just magnificent. Especially the beautiful venue and view is breathtaking.
Around 15 o'clock we left and went into town to upgrade the first aid kit according to Dee's standard as a nurse. Well invested 700 SEK, now I am prepared for all sorts of events from burns to diarrhea. We had a wonderful patient lady helping us find everything that was on our list at the local Apoteket.
Now Dee is packing and we emptied the fridge on all leftovers we will not eat. Due to the stormy wind that even let's the lines whistle the boat is rocking back and forth here in the harbour so much that we almost felt seasick cooking. All weak we have had such peaceful sailing, luckily we are safe in the harbour.
Looking forward to my next crew especially since Martin is coming and next week is Midsommar,  but I will miss Dee!
