Hummelviksfjärden

Here we are

We woke up with masts and lines whistling, that was serious wind. Sound is supposed to happen around 10 m/s (40 km/h) which I had not seen predicted for Trosa. After checking whether forecast very thoroughly with different sources I came to the conclusion we were going to have good wind between 5-8 m/s for the day with gusts above 10!
We decided to go even with this outlook, because prediction was steady and no warning for the area was posted.
Just to reduce the suspense we are safety tied up at Stora Granholmen in the bay called Hummelviksfjärden.
In the morning we picked up a few more things in town and had a delicious cappuccino at the local bakery. I treated myself to a Kanelbulle,  just love them!
At 12 we left and 30 minutes later we set sail, first just Genoa then later also main. Particularly Martin wanted us to speed up with 2 sails. We did pass the 6 knots mark on several occasions. For me today was hard work both the route as well as sailing required my complete attention. Luckily we were faster than my calculations with an average of 4 knots due to the speed we had.
At 16h we were tied up so that Martin and Aden again could grill for us.
We are a bit uncertain how tomorrow will end up looking. Wind is predicted as for today.
Good night everybody!
